WANTED: Set-up Technician

Summary:

Long-term Full time Setup Technician on first and second shifts in a contract job shop with over 50 years manufacturing experience as a contract manufacturer specializing in stainless and other formable metals and alloy fabrications for use in aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, food processing and defense.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and maintaining setup sheet accuracy, organizing tools and preparing tools and machinery for set-up,
• Assisting with setup as needed, maintaining cataloged and orderly storage areas.

Qualifications:

• Should have excellent mechanical abilities, problem solving and computer skills, willingness to learn new skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience in setup of hydraulic presses, flowform machines or CNC machining centers a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED
