Mixer/Baker
summary of position
The Mixer / Baker is responsible in the execution of recipes and the
operation of production equipments.
Responsibilities
Prepare dough and mix ingredients according to specific recipes;
Operate
the production line equipment with standards using the ERP system SAP to
control the quantity of ingredients used;
Ensure
quality of products according to established standards through sample testing;
Ensure
the cleanliness of the equipment and production tools;
Communicate
with the Production line team regarding problems and production down time;
Ensure
a clean, safe and respectful work environment with the team;
Keep
leader informed of any production problems that may require his immediate
assistance.
Requirements
A high school
diploma is required;
Minimum 1 years
experience in the food industry;
Experience in an
automated, fast-paced environment;
Ability to follow
directions, to organize and prioritize workload;
Excellent manual
dexterity;
Strong physical
endurance;
Good capacity to
learn;
Respect of hygiene
and sanitation regulations.
