The Production Helper is responsible for helping the operator with all operations on the machinery and production line. 

Responsibilities

---

Help and assist the line operator who operates multi-function process control machinery (and ERP system) through control panels, computer terminals or other control systems;

Package food products;

Monitor products conformity and ensure conformance to company’s standards and perform corrective machine adjustments if necessary;

Maintain a positive and respectful communication process with his team members while maintaining a clean work environment;

Keep informed leader of any production problems that may negatively affect the production performance according to our standards.

Requirements

---

Minimum 1 years experience in the food industry;

Experience in an automated, fast-paced environment;

Excellent manual dexterity;

Strong physical endurance;

Good capacity to learn;

Respect of hygiene and sanitation regulations.

Mixer / Baker

Mixer/Baker

The Mixer / Baker is responsible in the execution of recipes and the operation of production equipments. 

Responsibilities

---

Prepare dough and mix ingredients according to specific recipes;

Operate the production line equipment with standards using the ERP system SAP to control the quantity of ingredients used;

Ensure quality of products according to established standards through sample testing;

Ensure the cleanliness of the equipment and production tools;

Communicate with the Production line team regarding problems and production down time;

Ensure a clean, safe and respectful work environment with the team;

Keep leader informed of any production problems that may require his immediate assistance.

Requirements

---

A high school diploma is required;

Minimum 1 years experience in the food industry;

Experience in an automated, fast-paced environment;

Ability to follow directions, to organize and prioritize workload;

Excellent manual dexterity;

Strong physical endurance;

Good capacity to learn;

Respect of hygiene and sanitation regulations.

Forklift Operator

summary of position

---

The forklift operator is responsible for furnishing raw materials necessary for the production lines, according to specifications of the production schedule. He also has to make sure the floor remains clean and free from any litter. 

Responsibilities

---

Prepare raw materials and packaging according to the production schedule;

Put down and arrange products to proper places on the production line;

Refurnish the production line during the day;

Make sure to have all necessary inventory inside the hot room;

Create transactions in the computer-based system in scanning products;

Clean the production line by getting rid of any useless litter;

Make sure the inventory countdown is exact in the system. 

Requirements

---

Possess a high school diploma ;

Possess at least one (1) year experience in an industrial automated setting;

Have a valid forklift driver certification;

Is precise, autonomous and efficient;

Have a good learning capacity and an excellent physical endurance;

Is punctual, diligent, multi-task, and methodic.

Multiple Openings Montgomery, PA

Currently Hiring for multiple production positions in Montomery, PA.

Mixer Helpers, 2nd Shift
The mixer helper should have 1-3 years experience in the food industry, preferrably in baked goods.  2nd shift is 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday.  GMP experience a plus.  HS/GED required.  Pre-employment drug screen and willingness to submit to a criminal background screen.
$11.55/hr. + .50 cent shift differential.

Picker/Packers, 1st shift
Experience in fast-paced environment a significant plus.  Experience in food industry a plus.  HS/GED, pre-employment drug screen and willness to submit to a criminal background screen.
$10.50/hr.

Forklift Drivers, 2nd Shift
Previous forklift certification preferred but will certify onsite. 2-5 years forklift experience required. Steel-toe, HS/GED, pre-employment drug screen and willness to submit to a criminal background screen.
$11.45/hr. + .50 cent shift differential
