Recruiting for packers for Trinity Packaging in Lewistown. Many shifts available. 90 calendar-day temp-to-hire. Requires HS/GED, steel-toe, pre-employment drug screen.

How?

Interested parties should report to the Lewistown CareerLink between 10am and 12:30pm on Friday and bring two forms of ID. IDs must be valid.

FRONT OFFICE CLERK

Part-time front office clerk wanted for Williamsport medical office.  20 hours a week working Mondays, Wednesdays, and part day on Fridays.  $9.00/hr.

Duties Include:

• Front office reception
• Answering multi-line telephone system
• Greeting patients and obtaining demographic and insurance information
• Scheduling appointments 
• Scheduling pick-up and/or replacement of medical supplies
• Correspondence with insurance companies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Experience in a public office setting.  Medical office experience a definite plus.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Will train on in-house scheduling and insurance documentation software
